Hope in Action. Love in Motion: Our First Outreach
On February 22nd, 2025, Remnants Royal Family Community Based Organization, in conjunction with Muoroto FM, embarked on its first major outreach event, visiting the community of Mjini Village in Mukuyu, Murang'a County. This significant day marked the tangible beginning of putting Levis Wachagwi Njoki's vision into action ā bringing hope, dignity, and practical support to those facing hardship.
Driven by our mission to uplift individuals battling poverty, addiction, and despair, this visit focused on supporting families heavily impacted by alcoholism and related challenges. It was a day dedicated to showing the community they are seen, valued, and not alone ā that they are indeed royalty in the eyes of those who care.
š What Happened During the Visit
- Distribution of Essential Aid: Thanks to generous donations, we provided vital supplies including foodstuffs, clothing, sanitary pads, and other necessities to families in need.
- Community Engagement: RRF members spent time listening to, talking with, and offering companionship to the residents, fostering connections and understanding their needs.
- Message of Hope & Support: We shared words of encouragement, focusing on the possibility of positive change, recovery, and rebuilding, reinforcing RRF's commitment to ongoing support.
- Collaboration: The event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of RRF members, donors, and our partner, Muoroto FM.
